The married leaders of our church offer a pre-marital counseling course to help all of our engaged couples as they prepare for married-life. In this course you look at the following topics: the basics of biblical marriage, love, the role of man, the role of woman, communication, handling conflicts, relatives, finances and sex. Each meeting is fun and very helpful – with much laughter, honesty, and prayer.
The pre-marital course involves 8-10 meetings. You will take the course with one of our church leaders and his wife, and typically you will meet once every week.
We recommend that you start the course at least 4-6 months before your wedding day – to allow yourself enough time. We even recommend that you start the course before you have set the date for your wedding. You won’t regret giving the time for this. Every couple who have taken this course have said that it that was well WORTH IT!So if you are engaged, please contact 1 of the Home Fellowship leaders in the church and they will be able to direct you as to how to start the course. Or you can write to the church office and they will be able to help.
